Boy, the Yankees really do suck.
As a huge New England sports fan, it feels so good to see them suffer so badly this year. I can see the Evil Empire crumbling before my eyes, and it's about time.
Yeah, I'm a Red Sox fan obsessed with New York. What can I say, at least I admit it.
I really wanted this blog to be called Bouncing Balls, but that name, along with assorted variations of it, was taken, so I guess my balls will have to smoke instead. I could've had Bouncing Ballz, but I refuse to participate in the ongoing abuse of the English language. Plus, I smoke. A lot.
I follow the major Boston sports teams, and the media that covers them. After keeping a personal journal on LiveJournal for the past seven years, I feel like I need an outlet that's not about me. I'll be blogging (a word I hate, but I've given in) about sports, the media, and random other topics like about how I think Lindsay Lohan is an ugly skank who doesn't deserve to be famous.
As of right now, the Red Sox have the best record in baseball, lead the division by 11.5 games, and have a 14.5 game lead on the Yanks. They've already won the series against the 2nd best team in baseball, winning the first two games against the Indians. The most exciting pitcher in baseball, Dice-K Matsuzaka goes for the sweep tonight. Life is good.
